While the university does provide support in the form of fabrication facilities, it does not cover the costs that are incurred by the senior project. Bullethawk Racing has to raise sufficient capital resources to complete the project each year. Recognizing this, the team is making a strong effort to increase funding for this year’s project. Thus, sponsorship and the acquisition of good industry/student relations have become an essential phase in meeting the team’s objective, to win a Formula SAE competition.
